This report presents the method applied in the International Evaluation of Programmes in Agricultural Science an international comparative evaluation conducted by EVA and the lessons learned from the application of the method. It is based on EVA's observations and the feedback given by the expert panel appointed for the evaluation and the programmes included in the evaluation.
